Russian fertilizer producers plan to freeze prices until June 2022

CHEREPOVETS, Vologda Region, Nov 19 (PRIME) -- The largest Russian fertilizer producers plan to prolong voluntary freezing of prices for their products until the end of May 2022, CEOs of several companies said on Friday.

“The government and we are now discussing the issue of prolongation of the price fix until the end of May 2022,” Andrei Guryev, CEO of fertilizer producer PhosAgro and the president of the Russian Association of Fertilizer Producers, told reporters.

Vladimir Rashevsky, CEO of fertilizer producer EuroChem, confirmed the intent to prolong the price freeze.
